Fish Passage

In response to the presence of reintroduced steelhead (threatened under the Endangered Species Act), and salmon into the Upper Deschutes Basin, the Deschutes Valley Water District needed a way to reduce regulatory risk at its existing Opal Springs Hydroelectric Project.
